Most work is quoted as a fixed-scope project after a short intake, so you know the total investment before we start. As context:
- → Integration & automation projects typically land between €10k and €25k
- → Full platform builds and migrations typically land between €25k and €60k
We're probably not a fit if
- ✕ You want the cheapest possible pair of hands — I optimise for total cost of ownership, not hourly rate.
- ✕ You need someone who agrees with everything — I will tell you when your plan has a flaw.
- ✕ Your project has no owner on your side — every engagement needs one decision-maker.
