In practice, that means I map out the second- and third-order consequences before you ever see a proposal. The developed F means I bring genuine warmth to the work — I care about the people behind the problems, respect what they've built, and I'm driven by the mission, not just the deliverable. And underneath all of it, I stay realistic: to me, an idea isn't worth much until it actually works, so I'd rather hand you a plan that holds up than one that just sounds good.
