1. Who is responsible?

2. What data do I collect?

When you submit the contact form on /start, I collect:

• Your name
• Your e-mail address
• Your WhatsApp number (optional)
• Your answers to the project questions (situation, bottleneck, timeline)

I do not use cookies. The analytics tool on this site is Umami, a privacy-friendly, cookieless solution that does not track individual visitors and stores no personal data.

3. Why do I process this data?

Solely to respond to your project inquiry and, if relevant, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — processing necessary for pre-contractual measures at your request.

4. Who has access to your data?

Your form submission is delivered to my inbox via Resend (Atlantic, Inc.), a transactional e-mail service. Resend acts as a data processor under a standard data processing agreement. Your data is not sold or shared with any other third party.

5. How long do I keep your data?

If we do not start a project together, I delete your contact details within 6 months of our last exchange. If we work together, data is retained for as long as legally required for accounting purposes (7 years in Belgium).

6. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion ("right to be forgotten")
• Object to processing
• Data portability
